Professionally, Stan has spent over 20 years in executive roles — including CEO, CFO, and Managing Director — leading organizations through transformation, growth, and cultural change. He’s built a career helping teams and boards tackle complex challenges, with a focus on strategy, finance, and people.

Marycel is passionate about community service and is excited to contribute to the revitalization of Purcellville’s Main Street. Richard Beard is the manager of the oldest business in Purcellville. He shows love for the town and by helping to keep Nichols Hardware running. He wants to see 21st street thrive and grow to strengthen not just 21st Street businesses but all of Purcellville. Richard would love to help and grow by one day opening a cigar shop here in Purcellville.
